This term we have created some shields and boomerangs inspired by traditional Aboriginal sand paintings. Aboriginal sand paintings are made by sprinkling coloured earth onto the soil. Dots, lines and repeated marks are essential features of the art with the dots representing birds, feathers, sunlight on water, fire, smoke or rain
